Present: Thiago, Julio, Dedan, Kara, Lara, Camille, Dale, Dasi, Dore, Yuki
There was consensus that Lara’s proposal was favorable to the across-the-board % increase. There are some suggested changes - unit 211 should be consistent with its size category, rather than taking rehab state being a factor. We had decided last time that rehab status, since it is constantly changing, should not be a factor in rent calculations
