This policy now in effect, formerly a CRSP policy, was affirmed by the Building Committee September 16, 2002 with the exception of the *‘s noted above.
- No new dogs (existing legal dogs in the Bimini Terrace (gray building) include Gismo at 133 and Barbie at 131 plus the Barbosa dog at 129.
- No new indoor-outdoor cats. Current indoor-outdoor cats include: Lara’s indoor-outdoor cat Misty, George Foster’s indoor-outdoor black cat Velvet, and Spots the community indoor-outdoor cat. This is an on-going issue for discussion in the community.
- Exclusively indoor cats will be considered on a case by case basis. Current exclusively indoor cats include: April and Leilani’s two cats, Naomi’s cat, Bob’s cat, Tina’s r cat*, and Dasi’s cat*. [*Note Dasi’s and Tina’s cats were approved on a case by case basis after this policy was established.]
- No visiting cats or dogs. Please tell your friends not to bring their cats or dogs here to visit.
