The Garden Coordinator:
- stewards who is growing what in which areas
- assists gardeners (may mean referring them to another gardener or resource)
- helps keep the map of garden areas up to date, explains what it means to new gardeners
- faclilitates regular garden meetings
- administers garden budget (initially $75/mo.)
- answers garden questions (what is planted where? how and what to harvest? etc.)
- maintains good communication with community
Position reviewed every 6 months. It is desirable to have someone working with the garden coordinator who could become the next garden coordinator.
