Food Co-op Meeting 11/1/07
Present: Thiago, Randy, Kathy, Ann
1. Last month’s orders:
- some people still not very excited about Finley
- others note that variety is good
- more quantity this past month from Finley
- request for less cucumbers
- time for another food preferences survey? Ann will send one out.
- fruit! Can we find another farmer who is interested in selling to us?
- we’ll explore other possibilities for fruit at farmers’ markets this week
- for now let’s continue alternating farmers each week
2. November bulk buy
- order put in to Azure Standard
- Ann will find out the delivery date and send emails to volunteers about their tasks this weekend
3. No borders camp donation
- we raised $60! Yay!
- boxes will go down to the camp on Monday
4. Publicity
- Kathy has a template for a spiffy version of the brochure, needs Korean translation
- should add phone number to next version of brochure
- ask Lara if she’d be down to have her number listed
