Conflict Resolution

Somerset Waters: Conflict Resolution is an interesting subject for many reasons and from many angles.
The methodology that many people here at LA Eco-Village work with or base their conflict resolution strategies from is called NonViolent? Communication or NVC for short.
I really like a statement that Alan Seid once said. It was along the lines of,“NVC gives so much real attention to a person you have conflict with, it most often ends up being more real or fufilling for them, than if they shot you.”
It’s so true… Non Violent Communication is like sinking your teeth into a conflict. Not to be confused with some spineless sensitivity crap.
