Forming the Management Committee Meeting:
Present: Lara, Dave, Somerset, Angel, Federico, Yuki.
These notes are not extensive but cover the next steps. Here is the proposal that was developed at the meeting:
1. What: Form and begin using the Management Committee.
- When: Meeting the 1st tuesday after the 15th of the month
- Who: Lara, Dave, Somerset, Angel, Federico, Yuki, initially for 6 months, with the caveat that these persons reserve the right to ask for a replacement. But we want continuity. Meetings will be open to everyone for now.
- Results: Draft monthly plan of action as a recommendation to owner.
2. Begin Receiving 5 to 10 min monthly reports from management committee at
the 3rd or 4th community meeting of the month.

- Invite dale for 3rd meeting.
