Agenda:
1) status and plan for people in process
- who are they?
- where in the process are they (what stage)?
- what are the next steps with each (assign liaison, orientation, give documents to read…)?
- how do we approach this since we have a pool of folks (individual consideration, looking at the whole group, etc. – and what criteria will the community use in its decision-making)?
- who will do what?

- what it looks like now - brief review
- what needs to be completed (see notes – green light definition, orientation)?

Status of People in Process
Lara listed all people in process from the questionnaire book.
What do we do with people who may have fallen off (no/little contact)?
What framework are we working off of? old process? new process? → some combination based on the old process and selecting wisdom from the new one.
Time issues

- after “interivew” community decides whether we are ready to schedule a decision night
